1. How do I measure my press-on nail size?
Refer to the size chart on each product page. Measure the widest part of your nail (in millimeters) to determine the right size.
If you're unsure, feel free to visit our store for a free sizing service.
How to Measure Your Nail Width
Use a soft measuring tape or ruler.
Measure the widest part of your natural nail (from side to side).
Compare your measurement to the size chart above to find your best fit.
Not disposable! Each set includes a free nail kit with glue and adhesive tabs:
Using nail glue offers a strong hold, but removal may require nail remover. Nails may not be reusable afterward.
Using jelly tabs keeps nails on for 3–7 days and allows 10–20 times reuse.
We also offer strong jelly glue, solid glue, and UV lamps (sold separately) that keep nails in place for up to 2–3 weeks and preserve reusability.
Pro tip: Apply jelly tabs first, then add a small drop of glue to extend hold and make removal easier.
2. How long do the press-on nails last? Are they reusable?
Each set includes a FREE nail kit:
Alcohol pad ×1 (cleaning before application)
Nail glue ×1 (long-lasting hold)
Jelly adhesive tabs ×1 (reusable short-term wear)
Cuticle stick ×1 (removal help)
Mini nail file ×1 (shaping and prepping)

3. What’s included in each nail kit?
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a quality issue.
If you ordered the wrong size or style, we offer a one-time in-store exchange, provided the nails are unused, in original packaging, and resellable. No mail-in exchanges.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please contact us on the day of delivery with photos. If there’s a confirmed quality issue (e.g. broken, missing, defective), we’ll provide a replacement and cover shipping.
